I apologize for sending you this sensitive information via e-mail Instead of a Certified mail/Post-mail. This is due to the urgency and importance of The information. I humbly crave your indulgence to read this e-mail with all seriousness of purpose devoid of any doubt in your mind because This plea is based on Trust, Confidentiality and Sincerity of purpose in order to have an Acceptable meeting of the minds. Although we never met before, but I have every reason to believe That you are a highly respected personality, considering the fact That my nurse got your E- mail address through the Internet,from the hospital internet Network, while searching for a reliable and reputable person or organization to Handle this project.

My name is Abuzed Omar Dorda, an Ex-Libya's UN Ambassador. I begged one of the nurses here to help me pass this message across to you from Maitiga hospital in Tripoli where I m taking treatment from the injury/wounds Sustained from where they thrown me down from the second floor of the prison yard. As you know that my imprisonment was politically motivated and my adversaries wanted to take my life at all cost.

As I am, my faith is unpredictable and everything I have labored for my country Libya has been paid with a bad coin and All I receive is maltreatment, accusations, tortured, Jail and death treats.

As one of the Influential Minister in my country I have always been part of the Late president Gaddafi projects of supporting poor oppressed nations. Before the outbreak in February, President Gaddafi has already released Millions of United state dollars which should be disbursed to assist poor oppressed people through NGOs. This money has been kept in an escrow account in oversea security company awaiting for disbursement. Even before his death, (as if he knew what will happen next) he called me and said I should make sure this fund be distributed. As he said he will ever remain alife in the mind of those he helped. I m only one that know about this.

Now that I have been sentenced, With this little time in hospital receiving treatment, I solicit for you to volunteer to help distributing this fund because it meant for the oppressed, disables and orphanages. Although I have never disclosed this issue to anybody except the nurse who type this e-mail, I urged you to come and take this responsibility of distributing this fund to the charity and the oppressed.

Once your reply is received I will issue a letter and warrant to enable you go where the fund is and picks it and distribute it accordingly while some percentage will be awarded to you.

Please remove every atom of scptism because this fund will be given to you cash and nobody will ask you to send or wire money from your country to anybody.

I want you to act fast before they send me back to prison yard.
