It is my humble pleasure to write this important letter to you. Regardless
of the fact that we have not met for the first time. However, I am looking
for a person reliable and trustworthy, firm, or group of people who can
help me to invest wisely in your country.

I am Alima Mustapha from Libya, daughter of former Minister of gold and
diamond. In recent months my country has been involved in a very nasty and
bloody war, where so many lives and properties were destroyed and many
atrocities were committed against humanity. My father was killed during the
war, because of his support for the rebel movement in Libya. He was accused
of embezzlement and cooperation and financing Mining ethnic forces,
however, truth and evidence relating to the untold death was seen as a
sacrifice for the restoration of peace in our country.

Before his death he revealed to me the existence of $ 10.6 million, and 100
kilograms of alluvial gold dust and 150 carat diamond nuchal in sealed
boxes, which he kept in the vault of our farmland. I am lucky to survive
with my brother, as my parents and my older brothers and a sister were
killed in the war.
I have move the box containing the money and the gold out of my country
and deposit it with a security company in Brazil. I do not disclose the
actual content in the box to the security company for security reasons. We
are currently in exile in Tunisia with my brother, although the war has
ended, but I consider it unsafe to return to our country since we lost our
parents and brothers and sisters and properties, I am not exposed to the
outside world and have no knowledge of the business.

I am asking your help to organize our residence and to help us invest the
money wisely in your countryl. I believe in you and I'm ready for
negotiating with you. The security company agreed to move the box to there
branch office in Brazil. I assure you this is risk free transaction and
there is no obligations on your side
