"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: CALVARY GREETINGS....

>From London, UK.

Mrs Magrate,

I am Mrs.Magrate Chabanne , the wife of late Mr.Elise Chabanne, who was one of the passengers aboard Air France Flight 447 that crashed into the Atlantic Ocean en route from Rio de Janeiro Brazil to Paris, France on 1/6/2009 killing 216 passengers and 12 crew members, including my husband. You can get the details of the plane crash through the website.

http://www.slideband.com/slide/1662_Air-France-Flight-447----55-bodies-recovered--Complete-List-of-Passengers.html

I am currently undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer in a hospital, but recently, my doctor told me that my condition has worsened and obviously can not survive unless by the special grace of God.

We married for twelve years, no child. Before the death of my husband, he deposited the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars in a fixed deposit account (U.S. $ 3, 500,000) in a first bank in the hope of establishing trust funds. Today, the money is still with the bank unclaimed.

For the reason of my illment,I decided to donate the funds for humanitarian purposes through a church, God fearing person or organization who will use it to support orphanage homes, nursing homes, widows and propagating the word of God.

I took this decision because we have no child who will inherit this money and my husband had decided this, before his sudden death.

Therefore, please accept this proposal and help me achieve my heart desire to receive the funds and carry out humanitarian projects as designated administrator. If you accept this offer, you are entitled to 10% of the $ 3.5 million as the person that handle the transaction or compensation, while the rest should be used for humanitarian projects.

If it will be of help to me, please reply immediately, I Will appreciate and thank you for your kindness in giving me this help.

Yours sincerely
Mrs Magrate Chabanne
