"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: BUSINESS PROPOSAL

Dear Friend,
My name is Mr. Williams Evans a member of the Restore UK established by the British Bankers' Association ( BBA) as an bureau to find the freeze bank accounts belonging to non-British indigenes freeze by the British government at the start of World War II, Some of these accounts released to the banks by the Government were never claimed. While these funds were available to be claimed at any time it is possible that some account holders or their heirs may not have been aware of their existence. So far as has been practicable a number of banks, working in conjunction with the British Bankers' Association (BBA), have published list includes names; which compares the names of their unclaimed accounts from the wartime period with records of those assets, which were subject to the Governments control.
I found a dormant account belonging to Mr. EDZARD DEDRICH a Deutsche, with a credit balance of $US 6.5M (Six Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) plus accumulated interest was discovered by me. The beneficiary and his family were murdered during the World War II in England, leaving no WILL and no possible records for trace of heirs.
The Restore UK has been mandated to report all unclaimed funds for permanent closure of accounts and transfer of existing credit balance into the treasury of British government as provided by the law for management of assets of deceased beneficiaries who died interstate (living no wills).Being a top executive at the Restore UK, I have all secret details and necessary contacts for claim of the funds without any hitch. The funds will be banked in a tax free, safe haven for funds and we can share the funds and use in investment of our choice. Due to the sensitive nature of my job, I need a foreigner to help claim the funds.
All that is required is for you to provide me your details for processing of the necessary legal and administrative claim documents for transfer of the funds to you. Provide me with your full name, address, and telephone/fax.
I will ensure that the fund is transferred to your designate bank account successfully, my share will be 50 percent and your share is 50 per cent of the total amount. THERE IS NO RISK INVOLVED. You can find additional information about unclaimed funds through the internet at the following website: http://www.restoreuk.org.uk/general-information
The British government has put funds in Escrow bank awaiting submission of valid claims for necessary disbursement. I find myself privileged to have this information and this may be a great opportunity for a life time of success without risks.
Thank you for your prompt response. I want to know that is proposal is confidential and for security reasons reply to me via by private email: williams.evans0018@yahoo.com
