"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Allied Products Supply Inquiry

Dear Friend,

Compliments Of The Season!!

Before I could proceed, let me first of all introduce myself to you.
My name is Mr. Kouadio Donald and as a matter of fact, I work with an
Agricultural Firm as the Corporate Affairs Manager.

I am writing to solicit for your kind assistance to enable me execute
a very lucrative Vaccine Supplying Business of great beneficial
interest with you, hoping that you are not going to betray me at last,
like my former Boss did. Please, there is no Obligation in this. It is
absolutely a pure and genuine vaccine supplying business.

Sometime between 11th and 13th of Aug. 2010, a Business Seminar was
held in San Pedro, Cote d'Ivoire, which I attended. While at the
Seminar, I was opportuned to meet with the President of Armajaro
Cattle & Dairy Farms WA. Ltd, Alhaji Konate Mamadou.

Alhaji Konate Mamadou is an accomplished gentleman and widely known
Millionaire farmer in this part of the region. He has farms in almost
all the countries of West Africa. Above all, he is one of the biggest
supplier of Cattle, Beef, Diary and it's allied products in this part
of West Coast.

On knowing about my profession after the Key Note Address I presented
at the Seminar, he called me for a chat at the end of the Seminar.
After my discussions with him, he took me in confidence by informing
me about the purchasing of a particular but very rare Medicine
(Vaccine) for his Cattle, having noticed that our company can source
and supply him with the needed Vaccine.

He also informed me that he buys this product at US$5,000.00 per
carton, and that he mostly buys in excess of 1,000 cartons or above
and mandated me to find out if my Organization could source for him, a
cheaper supplier, considering the recent general drop on the price of
Beef in the African market, which is affecting his business.

Back in my office, I discussed this proposal with my Boss, who decided
to handle the supply by himself. We carried out a market research and
discovered that we could purchase the said medicine somewhere cheaper
in Europe, at the rate of US$2,100.00 per Carton. We moved a proposal
to Armajaro Farms to make the supply to them at the rate of
US$4,800.00 per Carton, of which they accepted.

Owing to my role in the transaction, I had an "Agreement" with my Boss
to be receiving 25% of whatever gain that is made from each supply,
which he agreed. But on completion of the supply and the whole payment
being received from Armajaro Cattle & Dairy Farms WA Ltd. My Boss
reneged (negated) from the "Agreement" we had and have refused to give
me my share of the profit. Since then, our relationship has become
soured to a very sorrow state. However, I have since accepted it as
one of life's experiences, as a man. Life continues.

However, as God would have it, I recently intercepted a letter of
request (LPO) from Alhaji Konate Mamadou of Armajaro Cattle & Dairy
Farms West Africa Limited, requesting my Boss to supply him 2,500
Cartons of the same product as soon as possible. I seized the letter
and have personally contacted Alhaji Konate Mamadou to inform him that
I can introduce and direct him to the producer who is ready to be
supplying the product to them at the rate of US4,400.00 instead of
US$4,800.00 he buys from my Boss, if he will pay in advance as he used
to do before. He was very pleased and he is right now waiting to be
contacted by my partner.

Now the business is this:- We shall buy the Vaccine from Europe, at
the rate of US$2,100.00 par carton and sell it at US$4,400.00 to
Armajaro Cattle & Dairy Farms WA Ltd, with Alhaji first making an
initial deposit of 50% down payment of our quoted price, as
mobilization fee.

AGREEMENT: I will be entitled to 40% of whatever profit we made from
the supply, after the deduction of all the expenses. Thus, I am
contacting you so that we can handle this plausible business together
if you agree with the terms and condition stated herein.

If you are interested, I will furnish you with more details and as
well, give you the contacts of the Manufacturing Company in Europe and
that of Armajaro Cattle & Dairy Farms WA Ltd, the buyer.

On no account should you let the buyer know that you are not the main
(direct) producer of the said medicine. Again, we should never allow
them to know the contacts or the real source of the Vaccine, in
Europe. Otherwise, they will bypass us from behind and go to deal with
them, directly.

I will appreciate you call me upon receipt of this mail, alternatively
include your direct/mobile phone numbers for more detailed discussion
on our next step in other to get the Ball rolling, immediately.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family the
very best for this New Year. Thank you.

Yours partner in progress,

Mr. Kouadio Donald
