"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This committee is set-up by the Federal Government of Nigeria to pay all foreign contractors. I wish to inform you that the presidency and the presidential audit in the Federal Ministry of finance (FMF), the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the National Assembly have met and thereupon mandated this committee to pay all foreign contractors, all the money owing Foreign Contractors in this first quarter of the year 2012.

Based on the current review by the Federal Government to pay all foreign contractors,the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Contract debt Settlement advised that you stop all communication with any other agents here in Nigeria or abroad, apart from the director of foreign payment in London. Henceforth, you are advised to contact the office of the foreign payment director in London through this number +447045756557, or email; nigerianforeigndebtssettlment@w.cn  for further directives and for your immediate payment of your funds.
 
Pls, you are to ensure that you contact the foreign payment Director, Dr .Martins  Kuyi in UK, Nigerian Foreign Debts Office to expedite your payment and verification of your account to avoid paying to the wrong account or contact my office.
 
 
Note that your complains is highly solicited for while further delay might not favor your interest, or your fund will be transferred into the Federal Government Consolidated Account.
