I honestly do not know how you are to feel as you read this message as we
obviously have no past relationship.I was searching for my friend Tony
website and contact information on the internet when I stumbled on your
email address after I failed locating the only person that has been close
to me for once in a lifetime.I just made up my mind to reach you because I
have limited time and please allow me to run a brief introduction of
myself and my mission.




I am Mr. Ben Lucas, a once Global oil merchant. I have been diagnosed with
cancer for the past five years and ever since then I have been

own that is being run by one person which is me.




I have been able to make progress in Africa and some part of Europe where
I have traded on in my lifetime. Since I can't do this any longer
considering my health issues I will like you to help me do this if you
will be interested but your location and social status will have to
matter.I will like to know your country of residence and if I consider it
a place that has majority of citizens that need great financial assistance
then we might work together.America for example is said to be the world
power but looking deep you will find out that their economy is draining
and many citizens are finding it difficult surviving.I believe there are
many honest NGO's in America that will need some financial assistance
though I know none since I have not been to America in all my tour around
the globe so If you happen to be residing in America I will really find it
interesting though there are still other countries that I think has honest
NGO's that are working for the welfare of humanity and if you know anyone
in your country apart from America you can also incline me and I will see
what we will do.



I am not writing you to pity me in anyway as I do not need such neither do
I need your financial help or otherwise. I have approximately
$17,000,000.00(Seventeen Million United States Dollars) remaining, in my
offshore account.



I am simply making you a business proposition which if you be interested
you will have nothing but profit and smiles of joy all through, when you
see the good works we will accomplish together though the task might be
mentally demanding and hectic on you as you will be the one engaging in
the field work which is sourcing the right organization and community to
send our financial aids. Nevertheless you can still hire some people to do
that for you while you maintain your present occupation but the
responsibility and accountability of your workmen will be on you.



I am looking for a person of integrity, self employed or one whose job
does not prevent from engaging in other commitments and someone who is
financially exposed to manage my charity outreach.
