"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Urgent Attention for the lord is God

You are Blessed,

Dear Friend,

My name is Mrs. Wendy Wright.I am a woman of 82 years living with cancer and would like to do some charitable things for the needy before I pass away as the doctors have certified.I have lived a selfish and extremely conservative life style which has left me with a guilt ridden conscience as I believe I didnt play my part in helping humanity considering the wealth my husband amassed before he passed away(God rest his soul).

I was actually searching for an old schoolmate of mine to carry this assignment for me but unfortunately I couldn't find him and instinctively I chose you.
I have made up my mind to donate $15,000,000(Fifteen million united state dollars) towards the fight against HIV AIDS and CANCER, and other Life threatening diseases.A fraction of the money will also be used to help
the motherless, less privileged and also assist widows like myself who are in difficult situations.

Presently, i have been restricted from answering calls because of my failing health and to get all the rest i can by my Physicians.
Also i have a very stubborn and cunning step son who is haggling me over the monies willed to me by his father after squandering his inheritance in the Carribeans;gambling and womanizing.

I have informed my Lawyer about my decision and he is waiting on me to write to him about who i have decided to hand over the Project to.I implore you to please undertake this task for me and i will see to it that you are handsomely rewarded based on an agreed percentage.

Please i beg you to use the money judiciously and encourage other Goodwill ambassadors who will like to extend a helping hand towards helping the poor and needy as i find it very difficult to move around after so much Chemotherapies and other treatments that have reduced me to a shadow of my former self. If you are willing to carry out this task,i will inform my legal adviser so that he can arrange the release of the funds to you.
NB: I will appreciate your utmost secrecy in this matter until the task is carried out,as I don't want anything that will halt this project,as this is my last wish.I take my time to do this as this is a period to share and to give.

God bless you as you consider this humble task as a honor, contact me here.

Mrs Wendy Wright.
