"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Mrs. Roseline Oura.

Mrs. Roseline Oura.
Ilot 47A rue de Jubilé
Williamsville
Abidjan.
In order to escape alive from our country Liberia because of the then prevailing crisis and civil war, my husband relocated his remaining assets outside the country after the destruction of everything we had.
My name is Mrs. Roseline Oura from Liberia and i live in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire with my only child. Weakened by the tragic death of my husband we do not get any assistance because of the  political situation and many years of civil war there.
But before his death, he told me about the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Euros (€3,200,000.00) which he deposited in a bank in our neighboring country of Cote d'Ivoire.
I have contacted you now for assistance and support because my wish is to move it out of the country for investment in any profitable business over there based on your advice. You will take 20% of the total money for all your assistance and support to me as soon as you receive this money in your country.
Thank you and i wait your reply so we can move to the next step.
Mrs. Roseline Oura.
