"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Emilio Perez Vecino, CAN I TRUST YOU???

Dear Friend
Firstly, I ought to implore your self-confidence in this business proposal; this is by virtue of its natural world as being utterly private and top undisclosed. Though I know that business proposal of this magnitude will make any one apprehensive and worried, but I am assuring you that all will be well at the conclusion, consent me to begin by first introducing myself straightforwardly .It possibly will astonish you receiving this letter from me, in view there was no earlier correspondence involving us. My name is Emilio Perez Vecino.
A Spanish national a personal Attorney to Late Mr. Ortiz Aamodt a national of your countryside who was hereinafter called my client. He deposited One Trunk Box containing the sum of €10.8M (Ten Million,Eight Hundred Thousand Euros) with a Safe security company here in Spain and he did not disclose the exact content of deposited diplomatic box to the treasure house as cash but Personal valuables for security and personal reasons.

.
My purpose of contacting you is for you to help this vault left behind by my late client, to avoid it being confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Safe Keeping Company. This Safe Keeping Company has issued me a notice to contact the next of kin or the personal treasure will be declared unserviceable and the vault diverted to the government treasury, So far all my efforts to get a hold of someone related to this man has proved abortive.
For this reason, I have contacted you. I am actually asking for your consent to present you to the Safe Keeping Company as the Next of Kin/beneficiary of my late client's trunk box/sensitive personal treasure, since you have the same last name, so that the proceeds of this trunk box can be transfer to your country, then we can share the fund that is inside it on a mutually agreed, based on percentage. In view of the fact that Safe Keeping Company does not know the content of the trunk box all the legal documentations to backup your claim as my client's Next of Kin I shall provided them.

This transaction is 100% risk free as I have worked out all modalities to complete the operation effectively. Once the diplomatic consignment is released to you, we shall divide the content in the ratio of 50% for you, and 50% for me as our benefit. Each (€5.4 Million for you) and (€5.4 Million for me),
All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us achieve this transaction. The intended transaction will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any infraction of the law. However, if this business proposition offends your moral ethics, do accept my sincere apology. If on the contrary you wish to achieve this goal with me, kindly get back to me with your interest for further explanation.
Sincerly
