"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND IMF
INVESTMENT TRUSTEE ABROAD
UNITED KINGDOM
LONDON OFFICE.

Attention,
RE: PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

We are writing to notified to you that your payment of £35,Million
British Pound
Sterling, still on hold in Lloyds Tsb Bank of London. because United Kingdom
Financial Service Authority required international clearance
certificate on your
behalf as beneficiary.

I have tried all my best to see if their is any possible way to enable the
clearance certificate, But the prime minister of United Kingdom charge
the cost
of £150,000.00 for him to work everything out and obtained the (CLEARANCE
CERTIFICATE) in your favor to enable the bank transfer your funds into your
destination bank account. So it seem that you should try your best and
raise the
require fee, for the release of your fund into your bank account immediately.

Be advised that we have made all arrangements for you to receive and confirm
your funds without anymore stress, and without any further delays.

Please reply to this direct email at:(securitygovt@hotmail.com)
