"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I got your address from the Internet through the consultancy directory during my search for a reliable and honest person to transact this business with. I write to solicit your assistance in a funds transfer deal involving us $12.8 million Dollars that belongs to one of our bank clients whose life was take away and his family in the crashed 1 February 2009,167 were killed.
Am contacting you for this business chance i have all the relevant documents to put claim to this leftover fund with the help of a foreigner with an international dollar account upon your request i will send to you for verification without any problem, If you concur with this proposal i intend for you to retain 40% of the funds while 60% shall be for me.
