"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Urgent Response Needed!

Dear Friend,

Greetings in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Please do not be dismayed or surprised!

I am Mrs. SANDRA NADIS from London,I am 58 years old, i am suffering from a long time cancer of the brain, from all indications i might not have more than 2months left in this beautiful world, i can barely even speak well at the moment. I am being victimized by my husbands family and i am beginning to believe my doctor is in alliance with them, which all has to do with my husbands wealth.

I was brought in a motherless babies home, I was married to my late husband for thirty years without a child, my husband died in a fatal motor accident. Before his death we were true believers in Christ. Shortly after his death I sold my own share of what i was willed by my husband and secretly deposited the sum of US$5Million Dollars with Standard Finance Security Company in South Africa. I want to assign a power of attorney to someone reliable and trustworthy. I have prayed and fasted for 5 days now, and God revealed your contact to me.

Presently, I'm with my laptop in a hospital here in the united states, just for a supposed surgery & would be flown back to London soon.

I want you as God fearing person, to use this money to fund churches, mosques, orphanage homes and widows. I am taking this decision before i rest in peace. As soon as I receive your reply, i will contact the security company and I shall give you the contact of the Standard Finance Security Company also. I will also issue you a letter of authority that will prove you as the new beneficiary to my fund. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein.

The funds will entirely be under management. I hope God gives you the wisdom to touch very many lives. 20% of this money will be for your time and effort, while 80% goes to charity homes and the needy.

You should respond to me via the e-mail (sandranadis@yahoo.com) as that's the most efficient means of communication for me.

Yours In Christ

Sandra Nadis
