Greetings,
I hope you were not too embarrassed by my first email since we do not
know each other? I just want to believe that my contacting you was the
wish of the Almighty, for his blessings comes by favor and does not
choose failures but champions… I got your email address anonymously
from an Internet web directory and decided to contact and donate the
last of our family savings to you as agreed by my late husband and I
to anonymously donate our resources to individuals and organizations
during the last days of our lives.

Libya is an oil-rich nation in Northern Africa, and has spent more
than 40 years under the erratic leadership of Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi
before a revolt pushed him from power in August 2011 after a six-month
struggle and later met a violent and vengeful death on Oct. 20, 2011,
at the hands of the Libyan forces that drove him from power.

As a result to the revolt, I lost my entire family member in a bomb
blast that crushed our family house and I was lucky to have been found
and taken away on a stretcher for an emergency resuscitation. I have
lost more than 90% of my life; all I pray for now is my health and
peace to the world. Please I want you to always put me in your prayers
and also pray for peace to the world at large. I prayer for you excel
in your endeavors and never to experience WAR in your life time.

If I do not respond to your email timely, do have it mind that I am in
a serious physical and emotional pains, I am trying my best to write
to you with only one hand as the other half of me is not working
effectively due to the stroke (stroke/partial paralysis) that resulted
from the shock I had. More so I cannot even take any telephone call as
my speech capacity has impaired so badly.

During the unrest in Libya before the war got serious, my Husband had
$21,000,000.00 USD loaded in two boxes which he made from crude oil
trade as an oil exporter; we were unable to deposit this money in the
bank and decided to post the boxes through a security network in Libya
to an overseas HOLDING & SAFE-KEEP Company. To avoid theft and
misappropriation, the boxes were properly sealed and deposited with my
name as family properties/valuables to be retrieved at the end of the
war. Hence, no staff of the SAFE-KEEP Company is aware of the actual
content and they do not have the access combination number to unlock
the boxes.

On behalf of my beloved Family, I donate the boxes to you as a part of
our service to humanity and I hope you will disburse part of the funds
to needy, less privilege, widow and downtrodden within your locality.
Thus, I would need you to supply me with the below details correctly:
1) Full Names, (2) Address/country, (3) A Scanned or email copy of any
of the following identification (Drivers License, International
Passport etc). I shall use the above details to send an authorizing
Letter mandating the SAFE-KEEP Company to release the boxes in your
name as our family representative.

I await your response to the above to enable me provide you with the
contact details of the HOLDING company. For your own good and the
safety of the money, please, do not disclose the content in the boxes
to anybody to avoid misappropriation and or theft. Once again, No
member or staff of the HOLDING Company is aware of the actual content
in the boxes.
For your View, I have attached to this mail a picture of me when my
body was found in the very scene of the bomb blast by some Volunteers
and kind hearten people.
