"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

    The Government of Ghana, West Africa, in partnership with the ECOWAS Communities has received funds from the INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (IDA) with loan number: IDA CREDIT NO: 4964GH and AGENCY DEVELOPMENT (AD), AD LOAN NO: cGH 9004.01.G, towards the cost of community based rural development projects (CBRDP) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of any product.

     ECOWAS Parliament has allocated funds for the procurement of 2012 to 2013 Official Project and intends that these funds are applied to eligible payments under the contract project, production and supply of the product items.

    International eligible bidders may obtain further information from there contact agency and inspect the bidding Documents at the office of the Procurement, ECOWAS Parliament tender board department in Ghana.

    Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors only from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement Acts of the ECOWAS

    You are to furnish us in full details about the standard of your product dealers and specification price list. For us to review and quota the quantity to supply
