"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dearest One,

I am writing to you to help me with something I could not accomplish alone, my name is Miss Ebretche Fulbert, my father late Sir Hobbah Fulbert was killed in the recent presidential political warfare in Abidjan Cote D’Ivoire.

There is something I need to let you know which I would want you to help me with. My father Sir Hobbah Fulbert deposited the sum of US$12,000,000.00 (Twelve Million United States Dollars)  in one of the safety Security Company here in Abidjan Cote D’Ivoire and he told me that he used my name as his only daughter as the next of kin for the deposit and he registered the consignment as Family Valuables for security reasons.
I am seeking for a Good foreign partner who will help me retrieve this consignment that contents this money from the security company and have it transfer out of this place and also have it invest in good ventures.

For this reason, I seek your assistance to serve as my guardian and help me in the retrieving of the consignment that contents the money and have it transfer to your country and invest it in good ventures where we can obtain profits.

I also require your assistance to continue my education in your country which I stopped since I lost my father lately.

I am willing to offer you 20% of the total sum as compensation for assisting me in this regard.

Please get back to me for further explanations.

Hoping to hearing from you soonest.

May you be blessed as you extend your helping hands to me.

Yours Sincerely,
Miss Ebretche Fulbert
