"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: We are interested in your product.

I am Cotorbai Rustam, a citizen of Moldova. I work with the National Lottery Commission. We are responsible for licensing and regulating the National Lottery.

We protect the integrity of the Lottery; protect players; and maximize funds to good causes. We also run the competition for the license and select the operator of the Lottery.

I have a mutual business deal for you, this however is not mandatory nor will I in any manner compel you to honor against your will.

I have a very urgent proposal for you which will be of our mutual benefit. I wish to seek your acceptance and cooperation so that the total sum of GBP 10,000,000.00 (Ten million British Pounds Sterling) can be paid to you by the Euro Mega Millions Promotions for our mutual benefit. The said amount is an unclaimed lottery prize; the wining prize result was published over four month ago and since then, the winner of the prize has failed to come with the winning lottery ticket to claim his or her winning prize.

You can check the below BBC news and UK Lottery Post links to see and understand what I am talking about:

http://www.national-lottery.co.uk/player/p/results/unclaimedPrizes.do
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-18539165

The reasons why some winners fail to claim their prizes may be one or all of the below:

1. The winner may have accidentally thrown away the tickets and lost track of the winning ticket number and other vital information as regards the lucky win.

2. Some winners do not check their tickets properly.

3 The winner may not be aware of the victory.

I want us to work as partners so that the above funds will be moved to your account,i have secured my side and this transaction is 100% risk free because it will be done in a legitimate and genuine arrangement as I have mapped out all plans to ensure we claim these funds without any trace in the future.

If you are interested provide with below information:
