"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is to bring to your notice that our office in collaboration with the US-Department of State on fight against scam, fraud and terrorism have carried an investigation that proofs you are a beneficiary of $2.5millionusd being a willed inheritance contract payment from late Mr. Mark Wilson who was a contractor with the Ministry of Petroleum Resources and in our investigation panel's result, you are truly the next of kin to the said payment but we are presently having a counter claim from one Mrs. Sarah McDaniel from New York City of United States of America who is claiming you are incapacitated due to a fatal accident and that you have authorized her to make this claim to herself and as a proof for our perusal, she has directed us to visit the website below which shows series of accident cars where she claimed you are involved in one of the cars, please see the website to confirm if you are actually involved in any of the accident cars or not.
