"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am very happy to contact you through this means, first, let me introduce
myself, because I bring a business proposal of mutual benefit for both of
us.
I'm Dr. Kevin the Head of Accounting Audit Department of Credit Suisse
Bank Millwall, North West London, England. I am writing you about a
business proposal that will be of immense mutual benefit for both. In my
department I discovered, a man from Mexico, a citizen of Mexico, also a
wealthy man banking with us, who died along with the entire family in a
plane crash, listen! Let me explain more clearly again, I discovered a sum
of £ 16,500,000 (sixteen million five hundred thousand pounds sterling) in
an account that belongs to one of our foreign customers who died, a
billionaire business tycoon
Late Mr. Moises Saba Masri, a Jew from Mexico who was a victim of a
helicopter crash early last year, which at his death and his family. Saba
