"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: From Maj. Lori Hodge,

From Maj. Lori Hodge,

I have the privilege to introducing myself to you in all fairness and transparency.
I am Maj. Lori Hodge, with the United Nations troop which was recently withdrawn from Iraq, Based on the United States legislative and executive arm of government decision to withdrawing troops from Iraq, I have therefore been deployed to Afghanistan.

I want to inform you that I and my Colleagues in the same Division sometime in April 18, 2010, discovered a bunker shocked with stacked raw fiscal cash in several metallic boxes. Inside each box was containing $4 million in cash and -- $750 million American dollars in total. I have in my possession the sum of $32 Million United State Dollars which is my part of the money.
Presently, the funds are in a safe and secured environment awaiting a proper means to remitting it for the accomplishment of the understated along with a similar minded partner who will be ready and prepared in spirit and mind to share same interest in the likes of goodwill.

1.    Supporting Charity Homes with orphans as majority.
2.    Handy Caps as second in motion.
3.    Temple of Interest either holy places of worship like Mosque e.t.c.

Instead of allowing these terrorists to get the money and spend it on purchasing arms from unscrupulous elements etc., it is better to be channeled judiciously. As trained Military personnel, our precision is security consciousness. If you consider this proposal worthwhile, then do get back to me for further detail.
I assure you 100% that if we can go along, then the safest measure to move the fund to our choice of destination will be guarantee.

If you are interested, kindly forward your Full Name, Physical Address and Personal mobile number for confidence significance.
I wait for your contact details so we can go on. In less than 7 days the money should be in your custody and I will come over for my money when I am finally withdrawn hopefully before the end of this month. I will give to you 30% of the sum and 10% for any accruing expenses while 60% is for me. I hope I am being fair on this deal.
Sincerely,
Maj. Lori Hodge
