"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Notification to all foreign contractor's/inheritance beneficiary's that  executed contract in Africa, after the {UN} United Nations meeting this 2012  we re-aliazed a high number of foreigner's from Asia, American's, and  Eroupian's, that executed a contract/inheritance beneficiary's in Africa and  until now they did not receive there fund payment, well we wish to inform all the  foreign contracts/ inheritance and lottery  genuine winner's that we concluded in {UN} meeting that you should stop all communication/e-mail transactions in Africa because nothing  good comes from Africa.
 
The united nation {UN}, concluded and signed in our last meeting this 2012 that  all the foreign contractors/inheritance beneficiaries will receive there payment's in Belgium Over Sea Payment center within 6 working days, beneficiary's are requested to be physically present at the designated payment center to receive your funds.
 
You are instructed to reply with the bellow detail's for your payment  immediately.
