"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

With regards to the approval of your name and e-mail received and Confirmed by the Legal Department of the Montgomery Security Vault; you are hereby directed to contact us for immediate release of your trunk box in our security vault. The management has authorized Martin Walker head of operations to handle this transaction for delivery to take place as soon as possible. You are hereby to stop any further communication with any bank or security company contacting you in respect of this fund in our security vault. We want this transaction to be transparent to you, this is the more reason we want you to come to Africa to handle this transaction yourself to avoid any misdirection from anybody, to enable you see your fund with your eyes. Note that since you have been delaying with this entire people that claim to have your fund, you have not been in contact with them, this is to prove to you that this transaction is 100% real and not child's play.
