"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

My name is bobby E.Kosivi and I am 20 years old I am  the son of Chief Kosivi Fofana from Bete in northern part of Ivory Coast my father was cocoa merchant throughout Ivory Coast and in west African region but unfortunately he was envied and poisoned to death in 2007 by his business associates my mother by name Mrs.Mary Kosivi died in February,2011 as a result of the political problem between Dr.Laurent Gbagbo and chief Alassan Quatara in Ivory Coast.
Due to the political disturbances in Ivory Coast five of my father’s houses and all his businesses were destroyed and presently I am in Togo a neighboring country in Africa where I am seeking political asylum. My purpose of contacting you is to assist me transfer and invest the sum of US$2.300.000.00 my late father deposited in a bank in Togo upon your acceptance to help me I will tell you what will be your commission but bear in mind that I will like to continue my education while staying with you as that has been my father’s advice before his death.
