"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Re:

Good day,

My name is Flora Tagro the daughter of Désire Asségnini Tagro. I am 20 years old.
My father was an Ivorian politician who served as the minister of the interior
and chief of staff and secretary general for the ousted former Ivorian
President Laurent Gbagbo during the 2002–2011 Ivorian political crisis/civil
war and he was also a top ally of the ousted former president Laurent Gbagbo.

It is very
sad to say that my father died on Tuesday April 12 2011 at PISAM hospital after
he was brutally beating up and finally shut in his mouth at the presidential
residence by armed rebels/republican forces of the Ivory Coast (FRCI) loyal to
Alassane Dramane Ouattara who is now the president of my country Ivory Coast . Here
you can see the video of my father’s transfer to PISAM hospital in Abidjan , where he finally
died: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDJhv3hps1g

And
my
beloved mother; Hawa including my brothers Zika, Goba, Bouabre and my
younger
sisters Fatim, Nadége and Mahie were all murdered in Deukoué village
while they
are fleeing from the political crisis/civil war. Then, I was at my
school in Ghana during the political crisis/civil war in Ivory Coast
which is why I am the only survivor in my family. You can also see the
video of
the massacre in Déuokué; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCJO9-y2P6Y

Before
the
death of my father in PISAM hospital in Cocody Abidjan, he told me of
the money
he has in a fixed deposit account valued four million eight hundred
thousands Euros only (4,800,000.00 €) which he deposited with my name as
the sole heir
apparent to the deposited fund. Now I am back in Ivory Coast and I have
confirmed
the existence of the money in the bank and all the documentary evidence
covering the money are intact.

Please I
need your kind and urgent assistance to transfer and invest this money in your
country and also come to your country to continue my educational carrier.

As soon as
I receive your urgent reply indicating your interest to assist me to
successfully transfer the money to your country and come over to your country
for my safety and continue my studies, I will give you all the necessary
information you may require to proceed towards transferring the money.

Finally, I
am willing to offer you 20% of the total money as mode of compensation for your
effort for assisting me with this humble request as I believe that this
transaction would be concluded within few days you signify your interest to
assist me.

Thank you
and God bless you.

yours
affectionately

Flora Tagro.
