I must first apologize for this unsolicited mail to you before proceeding. I am aware that this is certainly not a conventional way of approach to establish a relationship of trust, but you will realize the need for my action. My name is Alejandro Pedro Esq. of the Alejandro Pedro ABOGADOS. I got your contact information through the world public record while in search of a last name similar to that of my late client Engr. Roman, an expatriate Engineer who worked with the Mining and Smelting Company (Asturiana de Zinc S.A.) in Spain, for Sixteen years. He died along with his family in a road accident which occurred in April 11th, 2007.

Engr. Roman met his unfortunate tragic death shortly after he deposited a Trunk Box/Diplomatic of personal effects, containing the sum of US$10.5M (Ten Million, Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars) with a private security company here in Spain, Although, he did not disclose the exact content of deposited diplomatic box to the security company for his own reasons as the contents were declared as family valuables.

However, as part of their legal procedure, the security company has therefore mandated me to present a member of his family to make claims for this consignment, before it is officially declared ‘not claimable’ and reverted to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security as unclaimed. Hence, I decided to search for any of my late client's relatives. This has been very difficult for me, as he did not declare any other person, address, partner or relatives in the official paper for his deposited consignment.

Against this backdrop, I will like to present you to the security company as the beneficiary and heir to my late client Engr. Roman . By virtue of my position as his attorney, I will now place your name as the only surviving relative to my late client. I will prepare every relevant document(s) that will assist you with the claims, and facilitate the release of the consignment.

Be informed that this transaction is totally risk free; there is no atom of risk connected to this transaction as I have worked out all modalities to complete the transaction successfully. Once the deposited consignment is released to you, I would suggest we share it in equal ratio as our benefit.
