"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

In line with all previous correspondences from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to you, I hereby announce on behalf of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that Barclays Group Chairman Mr. David Walker is the only person Authorized, Equipped, Empowered and supported with the irrevocably implementationy of the World Financial Governing Authorities to draw from the accurate Government Reserve Account for the amount approved to pay you and transfer to you.

On this development, I declare, to whom it may concern that Mr. David Walker was confirmed a Noble tested and trusted man who has put in many years of careful services in Banking Industry with outstanding performance,

Consequently, he was appointed on trust base on his outstanding performances in the banking industry, therefore, you are strictly requested to contact Mr. David Walker via this email address barclayschairman.davidwalker@admin.in.th and comply in accordance with his bank official procedure of paying 380 required to obtain pre advise and signing of fund documents on your behalf as described,

The Pre Advice Letter (Debit Advise) is a documentary proof officially required for Mr. David Walker to draw from the Accurate Government Reserve Account in your favour for the amount approved with your name,

Finally, you are strictly forbidden to make contact on the same disbursement, approved with your name to another office or person other than Mr David Walker via the email address mentioned above only to avoid misinformation,
