"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Donation From Mrs. Rita Michelle

More expensive in the Lord,

Calvary greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am Mrs. Rita Michelle from Kuwait. I was married to Mr. Michelle Gilbert who worked with Kuwait embassy in Ivory Coast for nine years before he died last year. We were married for eleven years without a child. My husband died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death we were both born again Christians.

My dear, I know you're surprised to receive this letter, but as the son of the living God, you should know that our ways are not His ways. My Bible tells me that works in many ways and it all works together for good to those who believed in Jesus Christ. In fact, it is also the leader of the Holy Spirit of God that I have chosen in obedience and love to satisfy the desire of my husband that I have argued for the glory of God I want you to understand that this benevolence is in fulfillment of desire and the decis ion m y husband and I am persuaded to actualize.

Since the death of my beloved husband, I decided not to remarry and have a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my husband was alive he deposited the sum of Two Million Five hundred thousand U.S. dollars (U.S. $ 2,500,000.00) in a bank here in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Presently, this money is still in bank.

Recently, my doctor told me it would not last for the period of nine months due to my cancer problem. What disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to a charity organization, church, Christian organization, or a true believer, that will use this money the way I am going to instruct here.

I want this fund to be used for orphanages, schools, and Chies, widows and the less privileged in spreading the word of God and to ensure that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that "B lessed i s th e hand that giveth". I took this decision because I do not have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are believers and I do not want my husband's efforts to be used by unbelievers.

I do not want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly. That is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I'm going. I know I'm going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that "the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace." I do not need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health condition and the presence of my husband's relatives around me always trying to claim this money from me that my husband is. I do not want to know that they ques t or development. With God all things are possible.

I want you to handle alone since my health I can afford it, as I was put on dialysis periodic medical examination. Also I am writing this letter with t h e assistan ce of a sister who used to help me. I want you to send me your full name and address so that I can swear an affidavit under oath, officially and legally approved as the next of kin of this fund so that even if they are dead the request for the fund in the bank will not be in doubt. I'll send you the affidavit of oath and certificate of deposit of this fund immediately after the affidavit is ready.

Once we receive your reply with the information requested below, I will give you the contact of the bank in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire, where the money was deposited by my beloved husband. I would also like you eme t you the affidavit of oath legally and officially approves the next recipient and family back to the bottom together with the certificate of deposit of this fund that my late husband used to pay the money in the bank. I want you to always pray for me because the Lord is my shepherd.

My happiness is that I lived a life worthy of a Christ ia n. Anyone w ho wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and in truth.

I want you to send me the following items for the procession of the affidavit:

(1) Your full name ........................
(2) Your address ..................................
(3) Your nationality ...............................
(4) Your age / sex .................................
(5) Your job .........................................
(6) Your marital status ...........................................
(7) On you or direct phone number ................................

I need this information is very urgent. Any delay in the reply will give me room in sourcing another person for this same purpose.

I hope to receive your urgent response.
Remain blessed in the Lord.
Your sister in Christ
Mrs. Rita Michelle.
