"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Re: I NEED A RESPONSE FROM YOU.

Dear,
I'm re-sending this email again. Its all about my multi-million wealthy client
who is from your country, accidentally died with his entire family in a car
accident without any heir of his $ 3.5millones dollars of fixed bank deposits
and other Estates. You may not know him. His bank has asked me as his lawyer to
provide his beneficiary and all my effort to locate any of his genuine relative
failed. I am obliged to contact you so that you can permit me to present you to
the bank as his next of kin for bank to release and transfer the 3.5million to
you and we will share it 50/50. No risk attached to this transaction because I
have copies of all documents with me and I will amend, alter and fix any
relating documents to this business to show you as the beneficiary before the
bank here. All I need is your honesty and support for me to go ahead. If you
are interested kindly contact me for more information on what we are to do and
how to do it. I Look forward to a cordial business relationship with you.
