"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE ON THIS INVESTMENT PROPOSAL.

Greetings,

I am Hajjah. Asma Ahmed, age 53 years old, i am the wife of late Moha Hassan Ahmed, i got your contact after days of Tahajjud Prayer, and i am contacting you because i believe you can sincerely look after my duagther.

I and my late husband are both devoted Muslims from Libya, my husband worked with Libyan National Oil Corporation, under the leadership of late previous head of state (Mohammed Gaddafi) My late husband died during the war that also lead to Mohammed Gaddafi’s death, We were married for Thirty years and Allah blessed us with a handsome son and an adopted daughter.

At the early stage of the war, my late husband made arrangement and move me and my kids to Malaysia to Self-guard our life, while he stayed back to protect our properties and after months in Malaysia, my son decided to go back to Libya to know how his Father was doing, but I waited for 4months without hearing anything from either my son or his father and then i decided to go back and know what was going on and on getting back to Libya I discovered that both my lovely husband and son was dead, that was the most horrible and saddest day of my life as I tried to die and join them.

Since then, my life has not been the same, I have been trying to overcome the sadness and grief in my heart, but I find it hard to do. Recently I was diagnosed of bronchial cancer and I was told that it has spread and on its last stage, I am happy that this heavy grief in my heart will soon end, but the only problem i have is my Daughter who will not have a guardian when i past on and i also i want to do something for Allah before i go, because i want to end up in Heaven and that’s the reason why I am contacting you so you can help me achieve my late desire.

When we moved to Malaysia, my husband made arrangement and moved in some fund in cash to us in Malaysia and some of the fund was deposited under my name with a company there in Malaysia as family treasure, and because of the urgency of my departure from Malaysia and the sad news I got back home, I have not be able to communicate with the company for the release of the fund, as my heart is occupied with grief. Now it’s my last wish to see that part of this money will be use to do the work of Allah, so I will like to ask the company to release to money to you, so you can help me use part of it and do the work of Allah, and then use the rest to give my daughter good future, it's my wish to raise my daughter in the way of Allah and i believe you can do that for me, so I can have my last desire achieved.

This is the last wise of a grief dying woman and I will appreciate it if you will accept this offer, which I know that Allah will bless you and your family for doing so.

I hope insha allah, that you will grant me my last wish.

Salam

Hajjah. Asma Ahmed
