"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Calvary Greeting To You And Your Family.

Dear Child Of God,
Calvary greetings to you in the name of Jesus christ and May the lord God be with you and you followers Amen. I am Rev.Bishop King, i am a Canadian, and the Executor of the WILL of Late Archbishop Benson Idahosa, who was the Archbishop and founder of Church of God Mission International, he stipulated in his will that some certain amount of money should be given to some churches, christains or Good-Samaritans who have shown their zeal and will for the propagation of the Gospel. As an executor of the Will, after his death I have conducted a search and made money available to those listed in the will, but up till now about 20 of them have not come up, to collect their funds. Either they are dead or cannot be traced till this day and I must follow my master's direction, that is why i am contacting you.
So the total amount is $5.500.000.00USD. And this money is deposited in the bank here in Cotonou Benin.
