I am Diplomat Vincent Brooks from the United State, i work with the United
Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) i am a medical doctor by profession i
return from Syria few months back where I was assigned for a Humanitarian
work, I am a complete citizen of the United State, and have been to
various countries in the middle east and Africa most especially conflict
affected area also I am a businessman, I was marry to Mrs. Florence Quena
she is Africa America she passed away 2yrs ago after a brief illness that
lasted for only 3 days April 21, 2012, before the death of my beloved
wife we were both born again Christians and we lived happy married life
for 15 years though without a child. Since her death I decided not to
re-marry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is
really against, before the death of my wife we both deposited the sum of
$3,700,000.00 (Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars in a Bank in
Ghana, this money we plan to open a foundation for the less privilege in
West Africa.

Recently l Fell Sick and my Doctor told me that from all the test
conducted on my health, I am not going to last long, especially, due to my
Lungs cancer and heart complication. Having known my condition, I decided
to donate this fund to churches/Christian bodies/MOSQUE or individual that
will utilize this money the way I have always wish to, I want a church or
MOSQUE or God fearing individual Christian or Muslim that will use this
money to fund the less-privileged ones E.g. the Orphanages and Widows and
those who are suffering for diseases.

Also, the propagation of the work of God, building and maintaining the
house of God through this money, VERY IMPORTANT.I took this decision
because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my
relatives are not God fearing people whom have inherited all my Properties
and has made life unbearable for me because they knew I will not survive
this illness. I don't want my hard earned money to be misused by
unbelievers, for their own selfish interest and in an ungodly manner. I am
not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going
to be in the bosom of the Almighty God. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord
will fight my case and I shall hold my peace.

I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my
health situation and because of the presence of my relatives around me
sometimes. I don't want them to know about this development, but I know
that With God all things are possible. As soon as I receive your reply in
my next mail I shall give you the contact details of the bank in Ghana
West Africa and the Authorization Certificate which is the Certificate of
deposit that they gave me on the day of deposit to enable you call them
and give them your address for the immediate transfer of the funds to you
as the original- beneficiary to the funds, I want you and your church or
mosque to always pray for me that God should give me opportunities s to
touch more lives in this last days for Muslim and Christian are same
believer except we humans that are discriminating let make the world a
better place. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy life as God
fearing person. Whoever that wants to serve the Lord must serve him in
spirit and truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life.

Any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing for a Christian or
Muslim individual for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will
act accordingly as I stated herein.
