"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Evaluations & Follow-ups ADIA

Assa llam Malleikum
i beleive you are conversant with the worlds biggest sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority ADIA www.adia.ae you can check us out through our website, without taking much of your time, i have to get straight to the point why i am engaging your services here, i am the Head of the Evaluations and Follow-ups Department in ADIA and have been exposed to lots of business proposals that have been brought to my attention for evaluation and follow-ups in line with my primary assignment.

i have lots of business proposals from governments of various countries in my list now as well as top ranking public officials from Asia, Middle East and Africa who want to make capital injection into our sovereign wealth funds but the policy of this institution is that we do not receive funds from outside bodies as the ADIA is solely owned by the Abu Dhabi Government and Investable Capitals are accumulated through the surplus oil accounts, so i decided to establish contact with you to propose and engage your services by brokering a deal between you and any of these government individuals who intends to explore the public funds on what will be a highly confidential business deal that will protect the identity of the government individuals involved and as well protect my own interest in the deal by your good self since i am engaging you in this hence i cannot do it due to my job in ADIA but there must be some sort of NCNDA between us before we proceed so if you are ok with this, revert to me on my secured e-mail: jumalalsbrasheed@email.com for details.

Regards
Jumal Al Suwaidi Bin Rasheed
