"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

The California Coalition Against Sexual Assault, a statewide coalition of
California's rape crisis centers/child Labour and prevention
programs, provides information on resources, training, legislation, and
issues helpful to individuals and groups committed to ending sexual
violence and child labour.

On behalf of the above mentioned organization (CALCASACL), we invite you to
participate in this forth-coming summit on Crises of Sexual assault and
violence against women/war against women trafficking and child labor
international conference.


The aims of the conference is focused on how to bring together researchers
and practitioners to device modalities on how to eradicate and abolish
sexual violence(Rape)by men and teenagers raping and beating females,
especially their wives,and how to abolish child labour.

Child labour is the practice of having children engage in economic
activity, on part or full-time basis. The practice deprives children of
their childhood, and is harmful to their physical and mental development.
Poverty, lack of good schools and growth of
informal economy are considered as the important causes of child labour in
India,Ivory Coast,Ghana,Nigeria and some other parts of the world.

The international Congress meeting is scheduled to take
place from February 17th - 21st 2014 in California the United States and
in Dakar-Senegal, from February 24th - 28th 2014.

Note that all interested delegates traveling documents and visa to enter
the United States to attend this workshop will be assisted by the
organization,in obtaining the visa in their passport. Free air round
trip ticket to attend this meeting will be provided to all
participants.

Note that paper presentation is open to any interested participants willing
to present paper during the summit.
