me. I have interest of relocating/investing or rather going into joint business

I wish to relocate to your
Country, Now that Syria security and our Economic independent has been lost to
the greatest lower level, and our culture has been lost forever and our
happiness has been taking away from us. Since my father is dead I want to leave
Syria and go into joint business venture with you in your country.
I have
only US$8.5 Million United States dollars. So i need your Help and kind
assistant as foreign business partner to transfer the fund/money in your
Country, because i don't have any oversea Bank account or bank account
outside Syria .
