"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Following the recent development in regards to your compensation payment valued at $20,000,000.00 Million Dollars, the management of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN),  write to notify you that an alternative and convenient arrangement has been concluded through the international remittance reform process U.S Paymaster general.
The FINANCIAL SERVICE AUTHORITY (FSA) And UNITED NATIONS (UN) has issued a transfer approval to the appointed bank in the U.S, CITY NATIONAL BANK, as the approved  paying bank to enable you receive your compensation sum through their online banking system of transfer or direct swift wire transfer to your nominated bank account.
 
Once again, you are officially advised that your payment will be transferred to you through the appointed paying Bank without any further complications (problems). As  the approved paying Bank in the U.S.
I hereby advice you to contact us Immediately with your full contact / banking  information for reconfirmations of your account information’s and  compensation right of  abroad and you are also advised to follow the development and transfer procedures of  the Bank to enable you receive your sum without any  hitch.
