"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Re: URGENT PLEASE !!!

Good day,
I am Ms. Flora Reuben the cousin to late Mrs. Eva Rausing from the United Kingdom. My aunt before she got deceased December 14, 2012 was a well known billionaire here in the UK. Her attorney read the will she made in my favor last week and i was shocked to learn that the sum of £5M.(Five Million Pounds Sterling) was willed in my favor with a little clause, that has compelled me to contact you.

These are the conditions/clause restricting me from having access to the £5M.(Five Million Pounds Sterling) willed to me by my late aunty and thats the major reason why I am compelled to contact you.

1)        Funds will be released to me when am 25 years old.
2)        Funds will be released to me and my husband as soon as we are confirmed legally married.
3)        Funds will be released to my trustee/partner abroad for investment

By June 10 2014, i will be 22 years old and am yet to find that special man to call my husband and thats the reason why I was compelled to contact you to front as my investment trustee/partner. I am offering you 30% of the total sum and will need your directives on what to invest the remaining 70% because I have no idea when it comes to investment.

Kindly forward your names, address, occupation, direct phone numbers and any form of identification if the terms are okay by you. I am contacting you with faith and trust and I hope you will not take advantaged of me when the fund eventually gets to your custody. Keep this transaction most confidential.
Warm regards,
Ms. Flora Reuben
