Dear Sir.

I wish this proposals will not embarrass you as I was directed to
contact you urgently by my boss, Abdallah Mansour, the former Libyan
Intelligence Official under Late President Muammar Gaddafi cabinet.

I am Yasser Abdul, Personal Assistant(PA) to Abdallah Mansour, the
former Libyan Intelligence Official under Late President Muammar
Gaddafi regime who was just been extradited back to Libya by Niger's
government 15Th of February, 2014. Niger is a neighbouring Libya
country where my boss, Abdallah Mansour and myself fled to as rebels
seized control of Libya in 2011.

Niger's government extradited Abdallah Mansour to Libya on suspicion
of plotting against the government in Libya. But this suspicion is not
true. All of us who served under Gaddafi's cabinet are not save in
any African countries. They are not sincere at all. Initially, Niger's
government promised Abdallah Mansour his safety, but now have turn him
back. Is bad.

However, Abdallah Mansour and I was able to escaped out of Libya
territory immediately after the death of Late.Col.Muammar Gaddafi to
Niger, been the nearest neighbouring Libya country with some amount of
funds which he has prepared to be invest in your country. It was
based on this available cash (EURO 42,500,000.00) at our disposal
which Abdallah Mansour and I are willing to part to your organization
in OVERSEA there so you could invest it wisely into viable and
profit yielding venture in your country.

Finally, no matter what your response may be, kindly advise me without
any delay to enabling me know next line of action.

Thanks
Yours sincerely
Yasser Abdul.
