"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

My name is Sayeed Alqram, I am 16 years old, I am from Benghazi Libya, my parents Mr/Mrs. Hussian Alqram were both killed in the crisis on the 17th day of May 2011, my late father was one of the financial directors of National Oil Corporation of Libya {NOC}, but before that ugly incident, he showed me certificate of deposit of [ Eleven Million United States Dollars ] which he deposited with a bank in Cotonou Benin Republic as family treasure with my name as the next of kin.
I have contacted the bank to claim my inheritance, since my late father's relatives has taken control of every other investment and assets of my late parents leaving me with nothing, but, the bank told me they agreed with my dad, I must be 23 years of age before I can have access to my inheritance or his foreign business partner will claim the funds on my behalf.Please, I want to present you as my late father's foreign business partner to the bank and our lawyer so that they will transfer my inheritance to you.Thanks for reading my message.I hope to hear from you,Please reply me( sayeed.alqram@yahoo.com) I need to continue with my education.Sincerely..Sayeed Alqram
