I contacted you primarily in confidence hoping that you will be a
trustworthy person and would also be helpful in a matter like this.l want
to relocate to your country to invest in any hospitality business and
purchase properties too as soon as this project am about to introduce to
you is concluded.

First, let me introduce myself to you,My name is Dr.Greg Ortmann ,I am a
medical consultant presently in Syria working with the British charity on
one year humanitarian programme in a secret hospital in Syria, lead by Late
Dr Isa Abdur Rahman. As you know, Syria is not safe anymore for doctors and
their citizens due to increasing war crisis. Our Location as doctors is now
a secret after the army bombarded some hospitals,including the AL-Shrea
hospital where i work, that was shelled three times and finally destroyed.

Most Syrian doctors asked not to be identified for fear of retribution from
the authorities. Right Now, going to a state hospital is no longer a option
for many people in Syria.The army controls the main hospitals, which i
believe are filled with Syrian security personnel. I saw wounded fighters
arrived at one of these public hospitals and get beaten and arrested before
being treated. Now, I'm very scared for myself in Syria as a humanitarian
doctor, but what can I do? This is my duty, I must sacrifices to help.

However, the main reason why I contacted you was because i have US$45.2
Million United States Dollars which was handed to me by my late Friend Dr
Isa Abdur Rahman before his death, A Syrian British doctor who died
recently in an attack on a field hospital where he was treating civilians.

of Syria, Hafez Assad but now in exile in United Kingdom because he is not
in support of President Bashar Al-Assad, who inherited harsh dictatorship
from his father but refused to embrace peace and reform for his country.

My late Friend Dr Isa Abdur Rahman died in a bomb shell by the Syrian
government forces trying to save innocent people.I am in possession of this
money US$45.2 Million United States Dollars, which was given to my late
friend by his late Father which he made through an oil deal with his
commander when he was serving the military.l wish to use this money for a
lucrative investment purpose such as hospitality business in your country
and that is the purpose i contacted you because i will be leaving Syria
immediately I concluded my one year humanitarian assignment because it is
no longer safe for me or anyone.

Meanwhile, I would like you to receive this funds on my behalf in your name
as the beneficiary from the Security Vault with a financial Institution in
Europe where the money ($45.2 Million United States Dollars) was deposited
because I have succeesded in sneaking the money out of Syria via a Secured
Diplomatic means through the help of ECHO European Commission for
humanitarian services that is working under the Red Cross that brings
relief materials from Europe to Syria where I am currently working, because
i do not know where to hide this fund anymore here in Syria as a foreigner.

As you know, due to increasing civil War in Syria,l cannot transfer this
fund out of Syria through any bank in Syria because banks are controlled by
government forces which makes it impossible because of the sanction imposed
in the country by International community. Based on the above situation, I
will like you to receive this money in your name on my behalf and invest it
in any lucrative hospitality business, because as a public servant i am not
suppose to have such amount in my possession. As soon as I conclude my one
year humanitarian service in Syria, I will leave Syria to live in your
country for the rest of my life because of the atmosphere and growing
economy of your country.

If you are interested in this project, I will advice that you get back to
me so that I can give you the complete details you'll need to carry out
this project successfully and and receive this funds on my behalf, such as
the contact details of the Financial Institution where this money is
currently lodged in a country of Europe for safe keeping, for you to
establish a contact with them and effect change of ownership in your name.
As a matter of fact, I decided to find someone that is real and not
imaginary and that is why i went to a secured house site in your country
where i can be sure that the person i am going to deal with is real and I
believe i can trust you.

l will be willing to send you a copy of my international passport for you
to know who you are dealing with. As a matter of fact, where i am now we
can only communicate through the Red Cross communication facilities which
only permit me to be sending only emails. Be rest assured that our deal is
