"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attn: Beneficiary,

RE: NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF YOUR FUND VALUED AT US$5MILLION (PART PAYMENT).

In the course of our General Auditing and Account revision of this quarter of the year 2014, we discovered that the Bank Accounts belonging to some Beneficiaries have been changed on the basis that the owners have DIED IN TESTATE (without leaving a WILL) some time last year or have given out an authorization note of change of data.

After the investigations by the Federal Reserve Bank, Richmond District, we found out that it was because of your inability to secure your Release Approval Order Certificate (RAOC) that is why your funds have since remain unpaid.

However, as a result of the recent Global Finance rescheduling between the International Finance Corporation, IFC, IMF, ECB and the World Bank brokered by the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK, the sum of US$5Million (FIVE MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS ONLY) have been approved to be paid to each foreign Creditors across board irrespective of your individual debts amount owed you by various Countries and your name happens to appear in the spread sheet of the lucky few beneficiaries approved for this pilot scheme.

As a result of this you are kindly directed to contact the below office with full reconfirmation of the following details, 1. Your full names, 2. Full Address (Not P.O. BOX), 3. Direct Telephone Numbers, 4. Your Total Amount for them to issue you with the Release Approval Order Certificate (RAOC) at the cost of US$120 (One Hundred and Twenty United States Dollars Only). This is the only fee you have to pay and no other fee, after which we shall effect your payment from one of our prime commercial banks here in the United States of America,
