"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

It's my pleasure to write you this august message, my name is Dr
Ashley Collins, I worked with the late President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua
as a director in-charge of contract and valuation.

Presently in my position,i have $20million united states dollars that
can be transferred anywhere in the world ,this money came up as over
invoice contract which i did with my position .

I am soliciting for your cooperation now to have this fund transferred
as a contract proceedings.

I took this decision because of my governorship ambition 2015 as
election is very very expensive here in my country and there is no
other way for me to raise money apart from this.

What I'm soliciting from you now is to provide me with a name and bank
account to be used for the transfer,i am ready and willing to give out
40% of the total sum,but what i need is, this have to be highly
confidential if you can not handle it and have somebody that have
reputation that can handle it let me know him/her as i will not like
somebody to abuse the trust i shall confide on him/her.
