"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: POSE AS THE BENEFICIARY NEXT OF KIN!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

How are you?.I am Mr.Scott Marshall,a financial analyst.Although we have not met in person, but I need your cooperation to claim a very huge amount of money and transfer to your account within few banking days. The transfer is risk- free and 100% safe ,as long as you follow the instructions, terms and conditions of the Foreign Operations Manager of INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA BRACH OFFICE IN NEW-YORK,USA,where the large sum of money was deposited without a beneficiary next of kin by Late Muammar Gaddafi, former President of Libya by his allies, in the heat of the Libyan crisis that caused his death.

In the heat of the uprising ,some of his monies were seized and assets frozen by most western countries including USA,but he[Muammar Gaddafi] riggled his way and diverted some of his remaining financial deposits to Asian owned banks in USA through his Asian cohorts. This was how Muammar Gaddafi deposited this huge amount of money at INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA IN NEW-YORK,USA, without a beneficiary next of kin before he was later killed. The question now is who will claim this money?,as he[Muammar Gaddafi] had been killed with the rest of his family members during the Libyan conflict alongside his close aides and allies that helped him moved the money to the bank.

In view of this,i secretly contacted the Manager of the Foreign Operations Department of INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA IN NEW-YORK,USA,and inquired details of claim of the money,if the bank will accept a beneficiary next of kin who can pose as the family's next of kin to claim this huge amount of money, and the Foreign Operations Manager in his return email, briefed me,that if ONLY,the interested Person follows and abides to their bank's requirements, terms and conditions, then it will be 100% possible since the money has remained dormant and unclaimed for a long time and might be returned to the bank's Treasury if not claimed in-line with the US financial law. Therefore,if you agree,i can formally submit your detailed information as the beneficiary next of kin to this said funds, to the Foreign Operations/Transfer Manager of INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA HERE IN NEW-YORK,USA, to enable you claim the money .All you will do is to follow the bank's directives, terms and conditions for the release and payment of the money by the bank to you.Upon your interest, you will send me your below information to submit to the Foreign Operations/Transfer Manager of INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA IN NEW-YORK,USA,for the payment proceedings:

1.Your Full Names.....................
2.Your Home Contact Address......................
3.Mobile Telephone number..................
4. Contact Address..........
5.Country of origin......
6.Age & position in office.............
7.Your international passport-- scanned and send via attachment......

I look up to a handsome compensation from you as soon as you claim the money from the bank.

I await your email.

Regards,
Scott Marshall.
