"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello, how are you today?

Greetings of the day, I am Mr.Sombat Supachai working as the Assistant Director Inspection Unit in Suvarbhumi airport Thailand. During my recent withheld package routine check at the Airport Storage Vault, I discovered an abandoned shipments left by a diplomat from overseas en route to your country via Thailand for the delivery of the packages to you but failed to provide necessary clearances needed by the Thailand Customs, and when scanned recently it revealed an undisclosed sum of money in two Metal Trunk Boxes weighing approximately 25kg each. The consignments was abandoned probably because the contents of the consignment was not properly declared by the consignee as "MONEY? rather it was declared as personal effects to avoid diversion by the Shipping Agent and also the inability of the diplomat to pay for the Non Inspection Charges which is about $4,950.

On my assumption, each of the boxes will contain between US$2 to US$2.5 Million Dollars each and the consignments are still abandoned at our Storage House here at the Suvarnabhumi international airport till date which was delivered through a registered shipping Company known as Express courier Delivery Service Limited a division of Trans guard LTD. Approximately, the details of the consignment includes your name, your email address and the official document from the United Nations office in Geneva Switzerland, are all tagged on the Metal Trunk boxes.

However, to enable me confirm if you are the actual recipient of this consignment, I will advise you provide your current Phone Number and Full Address, to enable me cross check if it corresponds with the address on the official documents including the name of nearest Airport around your city and other details. Please note that this consignment is supposed to have been returned to the Thailand Treasury Department as unclaimed delivery due to the delays in concluding the clearance processes so as a result of this, I will not be able to receive your details on my official email account. So in order words to enable me cross check your details, I will advise you send the required details to my private email address which is, ( sombatsupchai@gmail.com ) for quick processing and response. Once I confirm you as the actual recipient of the trunk boxes, I can get everything concluded within 24-48 hours upon your acceptance and and make a proper arrangement for the delivery of the two trunk boxes to your country.

Lastly, be informed that the reason I have taken it upon myself to contact you personally about this abandoned shipment is because I want us to transact this business and share the money 70% for you and 30% for me since the consignment has not yet been returned to the Treasury after being abandoned by the shipper so immediately the confirmation is made, I will go ahead and pay for the Thailand Non Inspection Fees of US$4,950 dollars and arrange for the boxes to be delivered directly to the address of your choice in your country. Once we are through with this process, I will deploy the services of a secured shipping Company geared towards providing the smooth and safe delivery it needs to you doorstep in your country. But you have to assure me of my 30% share as you would be required to remit my 30% to my bank account as soon as the consignment is delivered to your country.

I wait to hear from you urgently if you are still interested in your consignment or the state government will confiscate it if I deliver the report of ownership NOT FOUND.

My private telephone number will be sent to you upon your response to this message.

Regards.

Mr.Sombat Supachai
Assistance Inspection Director
Suvarnabhumi Airport Thailand.
