"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

individuals business development, environmental development and Non
Governmental Organization (NGO) programs.

In brief, the 2014 business/environmental development fund award
Recipients names have been selected and the WDPTF board is waiting for
compilation through my office for verification and approval.

I am soliciting that you take a position and complete the criteria to
get the awarded fund. I will assist in getting details across to you to
enable you complete the necessary forms and on-line registration.

i am requesting for your permission to send more information to you and
the necessary Application forms along also for your completion to enable
you proceed without delay. The Board is already waiting to sit for final
verification. Details on the total amount awarded and forms will be
communicated to you in my next mail. If you are interested in handling
this situation, send me your details.

In simplicity and truthfulness, you will let me have a reasonable
percentage part of the fund as soon as the money get into your home
account.

Please discard this mail if you disagree with my request to protect my
office image. This is real with all honesty. I work with the authority,
and i will let you have my official details when it is time.
