"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: hello

Good day,

I have emailed you earlier without a response. In my first email I mentioned about my late client whose relatives I have not been able to locate and introduce to the bank for the claim of fund that was deposited by my late client. I took the decission to contact you for the fact that you share the same family name with my client so it will be very easy to make you become his official next of kin.

I am compelled to do this because I would not want the bank to push my late client’s funds $4.5 million dollars into the bank treasury as unclaimed inheritance. If you are interested do let me know and get back to me with this bellow information's.Reply through my private email address at (nelsonrobert_p@yahoo.fr)

Your Full Names,...........
Residential Address, .........
Private Email Address.........
Telephone/fax Number,....
Age,...........
Occupation,...........
Marital
status,.............

With this information it will be easy to make you the official next of kin that will enable bank to transfer this total fund to you without delay.

Yours faithfully,
Robert Nelson
