My dear friend/partner, I know you may be surprised to receive this email from me since you do not know me personally. First, l will start by introducing myself to you. My name is Mr. Nelson Mbanga, the first son of Chief Michael Mbanga who was evidently the most famous black farmer in Zimbabwe. My father was murdered in the last land dispute in my country. Prior to his death, I had accompanied him to Johannesburg, South Africa where we signed and deposited the sum of US$18.8 million dollars (Eighteen million, eight hundred thousand United States Dollars) with a private security firms in South Africa. Funds was deposited with a Secret Security Code, encased and sealed in two metal trunk boxes in the security company’s vault. At the time, suspicions arose concerning the looming danger in Zimbabwe’s suburbs and countryside where the major commercial farmlands are located including most of my family lands. We had previously earmarked funds for the purpose of purchasing agricultural machinery and chemicals mea nt for the establishment of new farm settlements in Swaziland, before the sudden attack, which resulted to my father’s death. The land disputes started when the Zimbabwean president Mr. Robert Mugabe introduced a new indigenous land reform act, mainly affecting the rich white farmers and some few black farmers as he sought to force all the major commercial farmers to acquiesce their lands to the government of Zimbabwe, without compensation, including my late father’s whom he had repeatedly accused as accomplice. This resulted to the killings and mob actions by mainly the Zimbabwean war veterans and the government forces who immediately took advantage of the situation in a bid to enforce Mugabe’s indigenous and jungle law. A lot of people were murdered in this process and unfortunately my father was a victim . It is against this background that my family and I fled Zimbabwe for fear of our lives and are currently residing in Barcelona Spain. With that said, we have settled on a decision to have funds transfer to a foreign and reliable bank account abroad. This decision is sealed and finalized. I do not intend to declare funds to the Spanish authority invest funds in Spain as will temporally reside here until this transaction is successfully finalized. As the eldest son of my father, I am saddled with the responsibility of seeking an experienced and genuine individual who can handle this transaction discreetly with all competency and trust that it deserves. First, by providing a foreign account where funds will be transferred swiftly without the knowledge of the Mugabe’s government who are bent on confiscating all my family assets, neither do I desire the official declaration of funds here in Spain . The authorities in South Africa evidently seems to be playing along with them the Zimbabwe government. Presently, I am faced with the responsibility of moving funds out of South Africa for fear of going through the same experience in the future. I am therefore earnestly seeking a trustworthy and experienced partner abroad who I can trust to enable me temporally entrust the funds to his account abroad for the purpose of near future re-investment. This will require you to stand as the next of kin and last beneficiary to funds and also providing a genuine bank account for final deposit. I will also like to mention that this transaction is risk-free and as such, need not put you into any fear or doubts. Already, I have started consulting with some private attorneys here in Barcelona-Spain since the 1ST of June, to ascertain a discreet and legal process of moving funds from the security company in Johannesburg to a nominated bank account abroad. Note that with your interest and willingness in this transaction, you will be compensated with 20% of the total funds if we agree conclusively hat you nominate your bank account for this transaction. Alternatively, we can go into partnership together based on a binding legal agreement between us for the proper re-investment of funds in your country. Whichever your choice is, please feel free to notify me immediately as I have mapped out 5% of the total fund for every necessary expenses that will be incurred in the course of this transaction. While the left 75% shall be kept for my family and I in your care pending our readiness to re-invest funds . I will implore you to maintain absolute confidentiality and secrecy in this transaction with or without your interest for security reasons. I hope and anticipate positively that my request will be considered urgently to save us from a hopeless future. I am looking forward to your prompt response. My telephone number is number:+(34)640-515 -777; Email: nelsonmbanga@gmail.com. God bless you and thank you for your positive considerations. My best regard Mbanga Nelson .
