Dear good Friend

My name is Surbia Ahmed Dada from Damascus Syria, government officials,
financial consultant advisers to some Top Politician in Syria, also an oil
Tycoon from Syria and Saudi Arabia. Al Fur-at Petroleum Company (A.F.P.C)
the leader in the region in Reservoir Management A.F.P.C was established
under Service Contract no. 210 ratified by Law no. 43 of 1977 and named as
per decree-law no. 12 in 1985. A.F.P.C is a joint venture company between
the General Petroleum Corporation (50%) and private shareholders Syria
Shell Petroleum Development (S.S.P.D) before the Syria war, now that the
war is likely to be over, i do not know my faith and position as i stand as
one of the target opposition of president Bashar Al- Assad.

Now that the President is planing to returned the country to an elected
government, which is not very truth, because he will still be the one to
preside over the government of Syria, all his opposition and their families
will be in danger, of which i and my family are one of them.

It is on this note i seek to contact you by email message on important
proposition to help me secure the fund amounted to ($38,200,000.00) Thirty
Eight Million Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars. I secured raw
cash here in Syria, some months back during the war, i attempted to move
the funds through the border connecting Syria and Iraq but the arrangement

I have a special arrangement to move the funds through the Turkish Border
and out of this region through Turkish airways, i need a partner outside
Syria to make the arrangement perfect as i don't have bank account outside
Syria, please consider to work out the arrangement with me if you are

As an opposition in President Bashar Al-Assad government my life and that
of my family are not safe, if president Bashar Al-Assad happen to be in
