"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: DONATION FUND FROM REV FATHER PHILIP YAO.

My beloved one in the Lord,

May our good Lord bless your going out and coming in and provide all your
needs through Jesus Christ our Lord Amen.

Dear in Christ,

I am Rev Father PHILIP YAO, i am writing you this mail as God has directed
me after 1 week fasting and prayers. Be informed that i went for a medical
check up, and my doctor called me personally that I will not last for the
next 2 weeks due to my heart illness. And i know i will die, of which i
have prayed and ask God for a divine favor.

I have decided to donate the sum of $5,700,000 USD for a Church or an
individual as I do not have a child to inherit it and it's better I do not
die leaving the money here without it reaching to the poor and the less
privileged ones in the society. As soon as I receive your reply I shall
tell my bank to transfer the money to you.

Information Required from you are:

Your Full Names(.....................)

Your Direct Tel & Fax N°: (......................, )

Your Home & Office addresses (.............................

Your Bank Account details (..................)

With these information, I will forward them to the Bank for immediately
transferring of the Funds to your Position. Please always pray for me and
