"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Dear Friend

Good Day,

I am  Anita Olumba,i will be 20 years old on the 2nd of June 2014. I saw your profile while surfing the internet today.I am aware that this is certainly not a conventional way of approach to establish a relationship of trust but please bear with me as you will soon realize the need for my action. Concerning the thing that i want to talk to you about, please bear with and believe all i have explained in this email is nothing but a true life story. I am currently an immigrant here in Spain, originally from the Northern part of Nigeria (Kaduna).I was brought to Spain by the assistance of a lady by name Mrs. Bisi Osazee. Actually she brought me to Spain to do prostitution while i remit a certain amount of money to her until i cover the money she spent in bringing me to Spain. Actually i came to Spain through the deserts to Morocco and from Morocco i was smuggled to Spain by sea.

I am an undergraduate ,i became a drop out because i lost my parents to the colds of the insurgents who has became a terror to Nigeria by name BOKO HARAM.On the 17th of June 2012,the BOKO HARAM group attacked three Christian churches in northern part of Nigeria (Kaduna)by bomb explosions and my parents were among the 12 people that lost their lives on that fateful day.My father was very rich,he was into importation of goods to Nigeria most especially tiles, and i was their only daughter. According to the tradition from where my late father hails from,a woman does not inherit properties left behind by her parents. This same tradition applies in almost all the states in Nigeria, the tradition which states that a girl cannot inherit the wealth of her father but only the male child can and it happened that i am the only daughter of my late parents,i do not have a brother neither do i have a sister,i was just the only child.

My uncles took possession of my late fatherīs properties and pushed me out on the streets. This shattered my dreams of becoming a Medical doctor due to the fact that i couldnīt finish my education based on lack of funds to finance my education. I was roaming about the streets of Nigeria when i got the contact of Mrs. Bisi Osazee who promised to take to me Spain provided that i shall pay her some money in return when i get to Spain, this money i shall raise through prostitution. My trip was arranged and i was brought to Spain through a smuggler by name Olu Shina,we crossed through different borders in Africa to Morocco and from Morocco i came to Spain by boat.

I seek asylum in Spain and am currently living in Madrid Spain. I was very close to my late father and he reveals most of his secrets to me. I had access to most of his confidential files being her only daughter. My late father import tiles from Spain and had an account which he opened in Spain where he deposited the sum of €1.3 million (One Million Three Hundred Thousand Euros). While leaving my late fatherīs house in Kaduna i took the documents about this fund with me and my late uncles knew nothing about it. Every day and night i cry while sleeping,i have the file on me all the time.

My dear beloved, this is where i need your assistance to help me get the fund out of the bank and have it transferred to your own bank account in your country ,then afterwards you shall adopt and relocate me to your country because i intend to further my education so as to actualize my dream of becoming a medical doctor in future. We shall employ the services of a lawyer who shall see about the legal proceedings.I am still on asylum  and cannot come out openly to claim this fund,I really need your help by concurring and accepting my proposal to have the fund transferred to your any account of your choice. once this is done ,you shall make arrangements for me to come over to your country to join you.

I shall compensate you with thirty percent of the total fund.

Here is my number +34 (602) 530 513. Please i am in desparate need of your help and would forever remain indebted to you for your kind assistance.

I hope to read from you soon. May God Bless you abundantly.

Regards,

Anita Olumba.
