"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello,
I hope this email finds you in good health. I am Dr.Dhavala Prasad, originally from India but I am presently in Afghanistan as

a physician and public health expert United Nations Children's Fund UNICEF) Kabul Country Office. On the 12th of April 2014

my wife and I was approached by a British Soldier, Flt Lt.Rakesh Chauhan (RAF Intelligence Branch), who handed 2 sealed trunk

boxes valued at (U$5,500,000.00) in cash, mostly 100 Dollar bills to me for safe keeping and begged me never to disclose this

to anyone, I assured him that it will be safe in my care until he complete his service in 2016 here in Afghanistan.

Unfortunately exactly two weeks later news reached us that he had an accident and died in an Helicopter crash in Takhta Pul

District, Afghanistan. Kindly view the link below for confirmation.

I want to use this opportunity and use the money for both business and personal purposes,I request timely for your assistance

to help me repatriate this fund to your country for personal purposes because the fund is not safe here and I can no longer

hold on to this fund since Flt Lt.Rakesh Chauhan is no more, I have now found a secured way of getting the package out of

Afghanistan for you to pick up. I am ready to compensate you with good percentage of the funds, No strings attached. Am

afraid that the money will be discovered that is why I urgently need to move this money to you for safe keeping pending the

completion of our assignment here in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is a war zone, so I plan on using diplomatic means in shipping the money out as military cargo using diplomatic

immunity. if you are interested, I will send you the full details, my job is to find a good partner that I can trust and that

will assist me. Can I trust you? When you receive this letter. kindly send an E-mail to: dhavalaprasad44@yahoo.fr/
